My name is Nikolas Fragkias.
For more than two decades, my work has lived at the intersection of behavioral analysis, psychology, trauma, and human experience. Across clinical rooms, training spaces, and deeply personal processes, one ancient understanding has quietly shaped everything I do:

B.A.L.I. was founded as a response to a recurring problem I encountered across clinical, forensic, corporate, and investigative environments:
