What This Course Is About

In therapy, words often follow emotion — they rarely lead it. This advanced training teaches you to observe and decode non-verbal patterns that reveal what clients may not yet articulate. You’ll learn to recognize micro-shifts in posture, gaze, respiration, tone, and facial tension that signal resistance, trauma activation, or openness.

Grounded in trauma-informed and somatic psychotherapy frameworks, this course shows how the therapist’s presence and body language also shape the therapeutic field. You’ll explore how to use your own physiology and movement as tools for regulation, attunement, and empathic resonance.

By blending behavioral science with somatic awareness, this program empowers therapists to perceive the unconscious language of healing — helping clients feel seen, understood, and safe.
